How Subscribe & Save works

1. Pick your plan. Choose a plan below, or subscribe to any coffee from its product page.
2. Choose how often. Get deliveries every 2, 4 or 6 weeks.
3. Enjoy your coffee. We charge your payment method on file and ship each order on your schedule. We’ll email you a reminder before every renewal so nothing catches you off guard.

The Ritual (coming soon)

Skip, pause or cancel anytime

Your subscription is managed online in My Account. No phone calls, no emails, no hoops.

• Skip a delivery when you still have plenty on hand.
• Pause your subscription when you’re traveling or taking a break.
• Change your delivery frequency between 2, 4 and 6 weeks.
• Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect before your next renewal, so you won’t be charged again.

There’s no minimum number of deliveries.

The fine print, in plain words

• Your subscription renews automatically on the schedule you choose (every 2, 4 or 6 weeks) until you cancel.
• Each renewal is charged to your payment method on file at your subscription price, plus any applicable sales tax. Shipping is free.
• We email you a reminder before each renewal.
• To cancel, sign in to My Account, open Subscriptions and select Cancel. Cancellation takes effect before your next renewal.
• If your subscription price ever changes, we’ll email you before it applies, and you can cancel before then.
