Shipping Policies and Procedures
Your shipping total is based on the entire weight or dimensional weight of the shipment and your destination; the cost will be displayed with your merchandise total at checkout. (Or to obtain an actual shipping estimate; add a product to cart, go to checkout, enter a zip code, click recalculate and your shipping total will be displayed). If you are located outside of the USA, we apologize we do NOT ship outside the US currently.
Please note that delivery times refer to shipping transit times, not order processing time. Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer and shipping times may vary in accordance with the manufacturer’s procedures. Be assured we process and ship our orders with an expedited approach.
The following shipping choices are offered:
Ground Domestic: 5 – 7 business days
3-day Domestic: 3 – 5 business days
Overnight Domestic: 1 – 3 business days*
* Rush and overnight orders may require additional charges, please contact us for information. Most orders will be shipped via UPS or Federal Express (FedEx), however, smaller items may be shipped via US Postal Service (USPS). If USPS does not deliver to your home or business, please include both your “street address” and “US Postal Service (USPS) address”.
Orders are generally shipped within 24-48 hours. Any back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Freight and “over-sized” deliveries, such as furniture and other large items, or deliveries to addresses and institutions with limited access, may incur additional charges.
Free Shipping Offers
Occasionally we offer free ground domestic shipping within the continental United States (lower 48 contiguous states) for orders placed through our online store. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, U.S. territories, APO, and FPO addresses do not qualify for the free shipping program. Orders placed through approved Purchase Orders do not qualify for the free shipping program. Orders placed by email, telephone, or other manual methods do not qualify for the free shipping program. B LINE reserves the right to exclude certain products from the free shipping offer. Freight and “over-sized” deliveries, such as furniture and other large or heavy items, or deliveries to addresses and institutions with limited access, may incur additional charges.
Institutions and Addresses with Limited Access
Limited access includes shipping freight or “over-sized” to apartment buildings, schools, military bases, prisons, church addresses, nursing homes, hospitals, construction sites, storage units, remote sites (farms, ranches), golf courses, country clubs, utility sites, or businesses with specific requirements, such as certain times when they can’t accept deliveries. Limited access locations can vary widely in their receiving capabilities and availability. If any other charges apply, we will inform you and will not proceed with your order unless you approve of the shipping costs.
Freight or “over-sized” deliveries do not require the driver to schedule a delivery appointment with the receiver. While some companies prefer to call ahead for convenience, the receiver should not expect this courtesy with every freight company. You will normally receive a notification that the freight driver is on their way, and if you are unable to receive the shipment, a re-delivery charge may be incurred. Additionally, if a shipment is being held in storage, storage fees may be applied.
